Developed YCON’s 2027 Strategic Plan through a participatory process.
General Secretariat staff earned international professional certifications in key fields (project management, data analysis, cybersecurity, governance, media).
Introduced Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance, HR, procurement, and visibility.

Representation of Sudanese youth at AU–EU–IGAD Youth Forums.
Convened youth roundtables in Kampala to strengthen advocacy and monitoring.
Partnered with Sudanese Journalists Association – Uganda to enhance civic media.
Launched the “Voices from Sudan” digital campaign, amplifying youth and survivor testimonies globally.
